3. What will you have to pay us for this service?

There is no fee for advising or recommending a credit arrangement. You will receive a quotation which will tell you about any other fees relating to any particular insurance policy. We may receive a commission or other benefit from the finance or insurance provider if you decide to enter into an agreement with them. This is a fixed payment and will not impact the rate you receive. You can request further information on this at anytime.

4. Who regulates us?

Our FCA Register number is 688482 and we use the trading names Motor Market, Black Country Car Finance and Click and Collect Cars. Our permitted business is arranging consumer hire and credit brokerage for debtor-creditor-supplier agreements or consumer hire agreements. 5. Affordability

It is extremely important that you look into finance options that are suitable for your current (and potential future) financial situation. We will go over all your details to ensure we have the correct information to pass onto our partners, who will then try to verify the information. However, please note that evidence of your income may be requested. If you are aware or suspect that your financial position will change in the future, you must inform us or the finance partner directly. Your credit rating could be adversely affected if you do not make payments when due.

7. Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?

We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.
