Lives locally in Halesowen, on leaving school Dean began his career by joining Leicester City Football Club, before moving into business management where he has held Directorship positions within PLC and private limited companies within manufacturing, construction and retail sectors.
Dean holds Master of Business Administration (MBA), Diploma of Management Studies (Dip.MS), Post Graduate Certificate in Management (Pg.C.M.) qualifications after studying at the University of Central England.
Other than quality time with family & friends, news and current affairs, Dean's other passions are following all things sport, including football, golf and in particular speedway. Fitness and good food are Deans other great loves. Dean say's "they have to come as a package or I'm afraid I'd be the size of a horse without the training regime."
Dean's philosophy to both life and business are the same:
"If you're going to do anything don't play at it, only do it properly and be the very best you can!"
Youngest of the brothers Adam lives with wife Jennifer and two daughters Bethany and Sophie in Netherton, Dudley.
Adam has been involved in the motor industry all his working life, working within both the Main Dealer environment with Ford Benz of Halesowen, then within his dad's private garage M.A. Bridge Motors.
Adam is keen cook, a big sports fanatic and Aston Villa supporter. (This is compulsory within the Motor Market team!) With daughters aged 13 and the terrible 2's occupying much of Adams free time, there's little left to squeeze in his big enthusiasm for playing golf. A member at Hagley Country Club for over 10 years, Adam gets a round in whenever possible.
Its was his love of the game that nearly changed his life in 2005, when involved in a car accident whilst on a holiday golfing he spent 6 weeks with serious life threatening injuries in a Portuguese hospital.
Following a full recovery its no wonder the experience has shaped Adams outlook, he says:
"Don't forget to smell the roses, be grateful for what you've got and enjoy every day!"
Emma joined the team in June 2013 from a local Care Home; and continues to do good work with the elderly in the community as a domiciliary carer. A Quarry Banker from birth and a petrol head from nearly as early on she's an injection of the female perspective into the team.
Excellent people skills and understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction have meant Emma quickly settled into the Motor Market approach of operating. Emma achieved a 2:1 Bachelor's Degree with Honours in English Literature and History, and a level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, Emma is also a registered First Aider.
Dean commented, "It might not seem the most obvious progression from care home worker to car sales, but for us Emma's personality, work ethic and ambition were obvious and by steadily developing the necessary skills and knowledge that will come with experience we've no doubt Emma has the potential to become a key member of the team as the business develops in the future."
When she's not working, or keeping fit for her annual Race for Life fundraiser she enjoys camping, supporting the local music scene with Midlands Metalheads, fast cars and the great outdoors. To top it all off she makes a cracking cuppa, so pop in and put her to the test and you're always welcome!
Paul joined the team in the Autumn of 2016. Having left school in 1990 embarked on an 8-year apprenticeship in Piano Restoration, becoming a member of the guide of master craftsman. A change in career direction saw him enter the motor trade where he has specialised in the subprime finance sector of the trade for 15 years.
Paul is a fan of all sports especially football, darts, cricket and NFL, where he follows Aston Villa and San Francisco 49ERS.
Abi joined Motor Market in January 2016. Previously working at Nova Training for 4 years Abi has taken on the role of Sales Administrator, building on her business administration skills. Always ready with a smile, she has been a welcome breath of fresh air to the team.
In her free time, Abi enjoys going out in Stourbridge, spending time with family and camping in the Summer. A baggies fan for life from Rowley Regis; Abi has a soft spot for animals (especially giraffes!) and enjoys going for long drives in her new baby Vinnie the VW Polo.
From Stourbridge originally, Shaun now lives in Halesowen with wife Jemma; their 3 children Jake, Jamie and Riley, three dogs, two cats and two guinea pigs. Despite being an avid Liverpool FC fan, Shaun tales great pride in the appearance of all the vehicles on site and the presentation of the dealership overall.
Having been with the team now for 9 years Shaun is part of the family now. Alongside hobbies such as gardening, car boot sales and Star Wars; he is a great lover of animals. Other hobbies include barbecues, football and large amounts of vodka, which we think is probably a good point to leave it.
Joined the Motor Market team in May 2013 fresh from a spell of time in the South, Kevin brings a smile to any situation. Kevin has a 20+ year experience in vehicle valeting and preparation. His reliability, attention to detail and work ethic make him a valuable member of the Motor Market team.
Living in Cradley Heath with his wife and sons, he loves football, although unfortunately a Baggies fan, he does make up for this by being a lifelong speedway supporter and regularly attends Cradley Heathen fixtures.
Friendly, helpful and always ready for a laugh, Kevin enjoys sport, fast cars (as demonstrated by the subtle lime green go faster stripes decorating his own distinct Ford Puma), a game of bingo and any food that is unhealthy, greasy or no good for him - but we're trying to convert him!
From Bilston, Shane joined the team in early 2017. Always willing to go the extra mile Shame has taken on the role of mechanic with a genuine love for cars, he is always looking for new ways to improve, making him an invaluable member of the Motor Market workforce.
In his spare time, Shane enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and working on his MG Rover.
